General 

 

EJ aims to provide the very highest levels of service, to always treat clients with respect and care and to always work in a collaborative and professional manner.  

It is important for clients to understand that, whilst hypnosis is undoubtedly powerful, client commitment to the process is required. Reduced client commitment will lead to reduced results. Listening to the provided MP3 download, considering the contents of each session and being willing to make changes will inevitably form part of that commitment.  

 

EJ is a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist who studied with the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) in Edinburgh and a current member of the AfSFH. EJ adheres to their codes of conduct which are publicly available on their website. 

 

EJ is unable to diagnose medical conditions and hypnotherapy should not replace conventional medical treatment. If at any time a client is concerned about any health issues, they should consult with their GP. 

 

Session Duration 

Each session will take between 50 to 55 minutes in total, please allow up to an hour.  

Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated appointment time. If you are late, the session will not be extended. 

 

Session Payment 

All payments must be made in full by no later than the end of the session. Payments can be made in cash or card. Online clients will be sent a payment link, on the day, prior to the session.

Non- Attendance 

If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to turn up for your appointment and I am unable to fill your cancelled appointment, you will be liable to pay your full session fee.

Contact Between Sessions 

It may be necessary to make contact between hypnotherapy sessions to change the time or date of an appointment.
